Russell has worked extensively throughout the Dental and Veterinary industry for many years, working on various types of equipment.
Russell is a qualified Electronics Technician , with over 20 years of experience in equipment breakdown, repairs and maintenance. Majority of his experience was gained during his time serving in the Royal Australian Navy.
Russell served on HMAS ANZAC in the Middle East and HMAS Ballarat in Christmas Island. After 7 Years in the RAN, Russell decided to move abroad and continue to broaden his knowledge in the engineering , by working for the largest offshore drilling company in the world as a Chief Electronics Technician. Working in Brazil on a semi-submersible rig for 4 years, Russell gained second to none technical experience and knowledge of equipment reliability and breakdown urgency.
In 2010 All Things Dental was acquired.
Transferring his experience and knowledge into Dental Industry , Russell has believed that customer service and technical knowledge was always priority. “Providing clients with technical expertise and working together with them to help achieve their outcome is very satisfying”.
